Founder of Munteanu Law Office, Silviu Munteanu gained great recognition for his creative problem-solving skills along with a sound commercial approach that suits the various needs of the firm’s astute client base. Silviu has considerable expertise in all the specific corporate and real estate related matters and advises on both contentious and non-contentious aspects.
He focuses his practice on matters regarding construction projects, Mergers & Acquisitions and business law and shows great proficiency in dispute resolution cases, including both local disputes and international arbitral proceedings.
Prior to founding Munteanu Law Office, Silviu was part of the corporate practice of Clifford Chance in the Bucharest office.
Besides his broad experience in the legal field, Silviu also teaches civil law, particularly property law and the law of obligations, as a seminar tutor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest.
Silviu Munteanu is also the general secretary of the Romanian Society of Construction Law, the Romanian branch of the European Society of Construction Law.
